Gregory A. Bauer, D.C. DACBSP, CSCS – is the director of Arlington Chiropractic. He is a sports trained Doctor of Chiropractic, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and an Exercise Physiologist. Dr. Bauer was the 2002 valedictorian of New York Chiropractic College with a 4.0 cumulative GPA. He completed his undergraduate work at the University of Massachusetts, where he also carried a 4.0 cumulative GPA.
Dr. Bauer has been published in ‘Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise’ and has presented to the American College of Sports Medicine. He completed his postceptorship at National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD, as clinical intern to the U.S. Congress. Dr. Bauer has presented to the National Institute of Health and the U.S. Senate on the role of chiropractic in modern health care. Dr. Bauer is a past professor at New York Chiropractic College, where he led courses in diagnosis and technique.
Dr. Bauer has been a rotating volunteer provider for Team USA since 2013 and has completed numerous rotations at all three Olympic training centers. Dr. Bauer worked extensively with the Women’s National hockey team prior to the Sochi Olympic Games and has been traveling internationally with USA Archery for World Cup competitions for the last three years. Dr. Bauer most recently supported Team USA at the 2016 Winter Youth Olympic Games in Lillehammer, Norway and the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. Dr. Bauer was named the 2016 Sports Chiropractor of the Year award by the American Board of Chiropractic Sports Physicians.
